Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • During high-demand periods or limited drops, processing times may be extended
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships

 

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Shipping method selected
  • Order weight and size

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

 

 

 

Domestic & International Shipping

 

  • We currently ship to select domestic and international locations
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear
  • Please allow time for carrier scans to update

 

 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Hot Takes Boxing Club is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

If an issue occurs, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Additional shipping costs due to address errors

Limited and community-exclusive drops may:

  • Require additional processing time
  • Ship in batches
  • Be clearly labeled at purchase
