1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Sale or promotional items
- Limited-edition or drop-only merchandise
- Gift cards
These items are marked clearly at purchase.
3. Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or size, or your item arrived damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will arrange an exchange or replacement if available
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Hot Takes Boxing Club is not responsible for lost return packages
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
6. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
We will respond within 48 business hours.
7. Community-First Notice
Hot Takes Boxing Club releases limited merchandise and community-exclusive drops. Because of this, inventory is limited and some items may not be eligible for return. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
